With three artists in the family (myself and my two daughters, ages 18 and 16), we go through paper VERY quickly. So finding affordable notebooks of quality drawing paper is important. This set of 5 notepads is a nice, inexpensive option for our day to day doodling. While not suitable for finished artworks (the paper is not acid free), my kids and I are happy to use this paper to plan out our finished pieces and to practice our techniques. The paper is of a nice, solid weight and holds up well to multiple media types (we’ve tested it with charcoal, pastel, graphite, and watercolor pens so far). As long as you understand the paper should not be used for finished artworks, you’ll likely be quite happy with your purchase.
